You do not need a school, a title or a following.
For martial artists, fans, creators and aspiring business owners who want to build something around the world they care about. An existing gym or coaching business can use it too.
Start with a path that fits your abilities. Selling instruction requires appropriate competence and permissions. A passion for training can also lead to a product, creative service or community business.
So, is this a set of prompts?
It includes starting prompts, but they are one part of a connected system: business decision rules, a sequence of work, examples and a reusable business record. The intended value is applying that structure to your own business and continuing from real evidence. The number of prompts is not the offer.
Why pay for this if I already have AI?
Your AI tool supplies the model and its available tools. This product supplies a prepared business process, reusable context and implementation guidance. You could develop your own process; the reason to buy is to use a prepared one with examples and setup support. The worked example above shows the kind of work it is intended to support.
Do I need an idea or an existing business?
No. Start with the parts of martial arts you enjoy, your other skills, and your available time. The system helps you compare paths without assuming you should open a gym or teach. If you already have customers, use the improvement route to work on your current offer and its next constraint.
What AI tool and technical skills do I need?
You need an AI tool that accepts documents and can work with your business context. In a chat-only tool, you save and reload the business file yourself. Actions such as editing files depend on the tools and permissions available. AI subscriptions are separate.
Is private installation required?
No. The core includes the quick-start and 30 days of setup questions by email. Private installation adds four working sessions over 30 days to configure one business in one AI workspace and complete one agreed first workstream. It is a fixed-scope setup service; ongoing operations, custom app development and ad management are separate.
Does it replace a mentor or guarantee a business?
It can help you reason, prepare work and use the AI tools you have. It does not include a personal mentor in the core offer, a professional advisory service or an event community. You still make decisions, talk with customers and do the work your tools cannot. Sales, profit, time savings and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
What do I keep, and are there recurring fees?
One payment covers the downloaded edition for one business and its internal team, with 12 months of updates and 30 days of setup support. You keep that edition afterward. There is no automatic renewal. Your AI subscription and normal business expenses are separate.
