Spiral Combat Terms of Service

Welcome to Spiral Combat. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from spiralcombat.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1) General conditions

By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or revoke access at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

Prices, offers, and availability may change without notice.

2) Products and access

Digital products (Codex Digital, Codex Keys, Vault content)

Digital products are delivered electronically and/or via account access. Once access is granted or a download is delivered, digital purchases are final and non-refundable (see our Return & Refund Policy for details and exceptions where applicable).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell, share, publish, upload, or create derivative works from any Spiral Combat materials without our written permission.

Membership subscription (Fight Intelligence Pass)

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of your paid billing period.

Single-event reports

Single-event report purchases are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once delivered or once access is granted.

Services (SGA Fighter Report)

If you purchase a Fighter Report, you acknowledge that it is a custom, time-based analysis service. Payments are non-refundable once work has started or once the deliverable has been provided.

Physical products (if/when offered)

Physical items are subject to availability. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or events outside our control. If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (see Return & Refund Policy).

3) Training and health disclaimer

Spiral Combat content is for educational and informational purposes only. Combat sports and physical training carry inherent risk. You are responsible for your own safety, choices, and supervision.

Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise or training program, especially if you have any medical conditions or injuries.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiral Combat and its creators are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our products, content, or training recommendations.

4) Community conduct and misuse

You agree not to use our site or products for unlawful purposes, harassment, abuse, or to violate the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to bypass paywalls, scrape content, or interfere with site security.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms, including sharing or redistributing paid materials.

5) Payments, billing, and fraud

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and associated payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, and to revoke access, when fraud, unauthorized use, chargeback abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

6) Intellectual property

All content on spiralcombat.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, videos, audio, downloads, design elements, and branding, is owned by Spiral Combat or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

7) Disclaimer of warranties

The site, products, and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the content will meet your specific expectations or produce specific outcomes.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiral Combat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.

10) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
