Sample · Asking a trusted adult for help
“I need help. This keeps happening, and I don’t feel safe.”

Rehearse with a trusted adult. A child should not have to handle bullying alone.

If speaking up feels unsafe, focus on leaving safely and getting help. These are illustrative examples, not a guarantee that someone will stop.

Clear answers before you begin.

Is this for children or adults?

Both. The parent-and-child pathway uses age-appropriate examples, with a trusted adult involved. The adult pathway covers workplace, social and online situations.

Does it teach fighting back?

The focus is on boundaries, safe exits, support and reporting. It does not teach retaliation or tell children to confront someone alone.

Can this guarantee bullying stops?

No. Bullying is not the target’s fault, and a confident response cannot control another person. Some situations require sustained school, workplace or professional support.

What if there is an immediate threat?

Get to safety and seek urgent local help. A digital toolkit is not an emergency service.

What will I receive?
