Here’s what’s included.

Three digital books. One clear way to start.

  • See the six levels in 64 illustrated pages.

The Illustrated Seeing Codex makes each lens visible—from the weapon and body to space, timing, pattern and the system.

  • Know exactly how to train what you see.

The separate 64-page Exact Training Companion gives you searchable instructions, scoring standards, safety rules and easier versions.

  • INSIDE YOUR TRAINING COMPANION30 drills that give every session a focus.

18 level drills and 12 integration drills help you practise noticing cues and testing your read.

  • A 21-day plan, so you know what to do next.

Move from noticing the start of an action to recognising repeated choices and testing how your position changes an exchange.

  • Five sparring games + four printable field sheets.

Bring the ideas into controlled practice, record what happened and decide what to work on next.

  • ALSO INCLUDEDThe Discipline of Seeing.

A separate 35-page philosophical companion for reflecting on attention, uncertainty and judgment beyond the drill.

Your first session

One drill. One cue to look for. A score you can compare.

Start with the included Load or Noise drill. Work with a trusted partner at a controlled pace, and practise separating a real action from a similar-looking non-action.

Most live drills need a partner. Progress depends on practice; no guaranteed performance result.

Try the sample drill: Load or Noise
  1. Your partner uses one of two true actions, mixed with mechanically similar non-actions, at a controlled pace.
  2. Name the earliest cue cluster: base, hip, shoulder, breath or contact pressure.
  3. Run four sets of ten. Score 2 before launch, 1 after launch and −1 for committing to noise.
  4. If accuracy collapses, use one action and a visually distinct non-action before narrowing the difference.

No hard contact. No cue is infallible. Use a trusted partner and appropriate supervision; stop if either partner asks.

Made to support your training.

For martial artists and coaches who want to give perception a clearer place in practice. Several observation and film-study drills work solo; most live drills need a partner.

This is a digital reading and practice system. It does not replace technical coaching or promise that you can predict every attack.
